What about Fees?
Our management fees are among the lowest around, inversely creating higher owner yeilds. Maintenance expenses will be necessary,
but assessed only as needed, with many items perfomed at or below cost.
We secure all reservations with either a credit
card or a cash damage security deposit. There are no extra "convenience fees" to owners for taking credit card payments.
All cleaning fees and taxes are distributed accordingly. We will also coordinate all of the maintenance on your unit for
you, and provide an owner's webpage where you can view your property's activity.
