| August 25, 2011 | My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was perfect for the two of us but could have easily accomodated 4 more. It was clean, comfortable, convenient to local businesses, restaurants, shopping etc. The short walk to the gorgeous white sand beach was ideal and having the pool right downstairs was great. We also loved having the daily beach chair/umbrella rental included with our stay. Our only disappointment was that the "June Grass" was still around in august - but that had nothing to do with the actual condo itself but rather Mother Nature. |

job as our unit was very clean when we got there. Condo seems well stocked for a rental unit. Experience with Sunset resort
rentals has always been great, so we will more than likely use you in the future, but may explore other units in your inventory. Had
more than enough room for my wife and myself, but love the view from the master which most 1 bedrooms do not have. Looking forward

The bed was comfy, and the kids loved the bunkbeds, although manuveing up and down from the top bunk was tricky for my little ones. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and the keyless entry was very conveinent! We watched the dolphins from the balcony, and there were plenty of places nearby to eat and explore. We hope to return soon! |

| July 19, 2011 | Good Morning (even if it is from the beach-less state of Illinois), We absolutely LOVED our trip to Fort Walton and our stay in the Gulf Dunes #607! This was our first "family vacation" and it turned out perfectly. I was very glad to see that the condo looked even better in person than it did in the pictures posted on the website. It was stocked perfectly with all the things a family may need during a stay. The bunk beds in the hall are a fantastic idea and my two oldest children loved them. I have told everyone I see how wonderful our stay was at the condo and encouraged them to plan a trip. We are in the process of trying to locate a date when we can return, possibly next March. This vacation truly was a vacation, most days we didn't even know what day of the week it was; which is a truly terrific feeling. The trip also felt like it reset my attitude (in a good way). It reminded me that the world is so much bigger than the crisis that others try to create for us. With the memories and pictures I have to remind me of our trip to Fort Walton "Life is Good". problems with making reservations,etc. As for the complex we stayed in, Gulf Dunes, 608, here are suggestions you might pass on: The dryer took a long time to dry clothes . Not sure what the problem was. The sliding glass door in the living room was very hard to open. Needs some work or replaced. | June 28, 2011 | I would just like to thank the owners of the condo, unit 607 at Gulf Dunes along with Sunset Resort
Rentals for a wonderful stay. My sister and I took our mother there for a week's stay so she could relax and enjoy the ocean. What was so special was how wonderful the condo was decorated and kept. My mother loved the bedroom with the nautical theme and the
colors. We could not have asked for anything more, the condo was absolutely wonderful. Our mother had completed 4 weeks of chemotherapy
for relapsed AML leukemia this past April. It was a wonderful time and our mother was able to enjoy having her morning coffee
on the balcony, listening to the ocean. We do not know how long our mother has and this week will forever be in our memories and our heart. My sister and I would just like to thank the owners and Sunset Resort Rentals for a wonderful trip and the lasting memories. | June 20, 2011 | I have to tell you, going strictly from the info I could gather on the Internet (as we didn’t have a personal referral or
anything), I was a little worried about what we were getting into before we arrived! BUT…The condo was great! It fit our party
of 6 wonderfully. It was very clean, didn’t feel “hotel-like”, where you are afraid to make too much contact with the bed and furnishings!
The pool was refreshing and the beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay! My dad said he and my mom met you in the elevator! He liked the property so much, he’s keeping it as an option for purchasing a unit for their winter home! Thank you so much for such an easy vacation! Shana Rost |

the view from the balcony was great! The pool was nice and the access to the beach was great and it was a very short walk. Do

the "strictness" of the chair guy. EI - couldn't put your umbrella down if all the others were up, couldn't move out of the
"chair line" and get closer or farther from the water - it was all a little too uniform and not very relaxing. Loved the beach
and the condo, though! We'll probably book again next year. Thanks! |

.... I would actually love to share some comparable experiences. Foremost, THANK YOU for a very easy and timely transaction. We had last-minute spring break changes and reserving/paying/receiving all necessary documents for arrival was a 'breeze'! (Like
the beach reference? ;-) We have reserved condos through other resort companies and individual owners, but have
never really had any major problems (aside from the hurricane that hit the week prior to a scheduled vacation and took out our location
;-), but our last-minute booking through Sunset Resorts was truly the easiest experience by far. I had an email within
a couple of hours, containing every piece of information I needed for our stay (including towel counts which was awesome!!). The condo itself was a little less upgraded than we are typically accustomed to, but the place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Anyway, I'll just finish by saying, the icing on the cake for us was realizing that our younger son left his blanket (Poofy) and two stuffed puppies (Jr and Nelly -- yes, he names EVERYTHING), sitting on the chair of the condo. He takes them everywhere and was to hold on to them in the car for the drive home, but somehow he managed to get distracted enough to not notice he didn't have them until we got home very late that night. I called the resort immediately and left a message at one o'clock in the morning, but tried back soon as we woke on Sunday morning too, only to be reassured in no time that the items were found and would be shipped back to us as soon as possible. I then received a follow-up email from Stacy (who I assume is possibly the co-owner herself), confirming that they were on their way and provided a tracking number. We were very worried that some unknown cleaning service had already been in the condo, and possibly threw items away or did something else with them, and we'd never see them again. But that was not the case, and we just can't say thank you enough! I will be checking-in with Sunset Resort first, to see if we can make all our future deals, because the experience, service and support have just been priceless. Thank you again!! and I really enjoyed our stay. Our needs are simple and didn't find the condo lacking in any way. If I was being picky,

| March 16, 2011 | The moment we walked in the door, we fell in love! The weather wasn't the greatest during our stay, but we had a great time! The W/D were a huge bonus-both worked very quickly. The condos are very well kept, the residents were friendly when we ran into them. Overall, this is a very quiet and lovely place. Great for families who want to relax without lots of noise, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect! We ate at a place in Destin (VERY SHORT DRIVE) called Harbor Docks. I suggest the Grouper. :) This property is located very near anything you could want to do or see. I will be booking here again. nothing we needed. Everything was very clean and we had all the kitchenware etc we needed. We had a great week and loved the condo. Will book again next year if we get the chance to go. I also have to mention that we commented on how the maintenance people do a wonderful job keeping the overall building and pool area in such great shape. We noticed them out there everyday with hoses and windex and really taking care of the property. They do a great job. |

maybe fixing to go out. The dryer takes a very very long time to dry anything. It can be a small load, large or in between. I think you might want to check it. But other than that everything was great. Thanks for our discount and hopefully during
summer usually in June we will be able to afford your rates. If so I am sure we will be back every year for sure once and possible

| August 30, 2010 | This was our first stay at the Gulf Dunes but hopefully, not our last. We've
stayed numerous times on Ft. Walton Beach at a couple of different condos but this was by far, the nicest place we have ever stayed.
The online pictures do not do the unit justice. With this being our first stay, we were a little nervous about what the facility was going to be like but, it far exceeded our expectations. The only suggestion we could possibly have would be to upgrade the mattresses and televisions. We ended up purchasing a memory foam mattress pad for the king size bed in the master suite. However, this will not prevent us from staying at the unit again though. We took my husband's 2 daughters (17 and 21). The older daughter's fiancee and 4 month old daughter came along as well. All had a great time and loved the facility and the amenities offered. Everyone is hoping that we can make the trip again next summer. Thank you guys so much for your help. We've already told some of our friends and families. My boss is even wanting to make a short-trip in January or February. Hopefully, we will have some referrals for you guys. Certainly appreciated the couple of soap items for each need; dishwasher, washer, bath, a few trash bags, etc. That was perfect. Those little things make a big difference! The condo was tastefully decorated and just felt like home to us. Larry thinks a recliner would be better than the rocking chair in the den (just because he missed his recliner at home J). Also, another skillet (non-stick) would have been nice (even though we only cooked breakfast.) Those are just thoughts and certainly wouldn’t keep us from wanting to come back there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are especially grateful that you allowed us to ship a box of goods that wouldn’t fit comfortably into our car. Your representative accepted delivery of the box and had it conveniently placed in our unit by the time we arrived. That was very accommodating, and we greatly appreciate it. Furthermore, your check-in and check-out procedures were also very convenient. It made facilitating our trip most easy. We also appreciate that you allowed us to bring our two Pomeranians with us. We normally only stay at pet-friendly properties, and that is a big issue for us. I have two requests. (1) Will you please include us in any last minute specials/deals emails that you send? | June 30, 2010 | Bob,We have all agreed that yours is one of the very nicest that we have stayed in and have recommended it to several others. Just one comment that I would note. The type of glasses that you have in the cabinet seem too fragile for the dishwasher. One was cracked when we arrived and later when we unloaded the dishwasher, another was cracked in the same way. We didn't use the dishwasher after that as I couldn't get them to set correctly. Certainly was not a problem but didn't want to break one each time. We will be sure to check back in to your website. We were able to view the inside of 3 other units at Gulf Dunes, and we like 612 the best. The only change I would recommend would be a softer mattress. We already plan to return next year- this time we plan to bring additional family and will need at least one additional unit. I will definitely recommend Sunset Resort Rentals to others. | May 30, 2010 | Bob, We really enjoyed Gulf Dunes 609. Here are some of the things we really liked: 1. The keyless entry was so convenient. It took all the concern of keeping up with a key at the beach out of the picture and the constant "Who's got the key?" That was great. I loved that. 2. The location was great. Las year we stayed in Navarre, which was beautiful, but we drove to Fort Walton/Destin every night to eat or play. This condo is right in the middle of the action. 3. I appreciated the full-size washer and dryer right in the condo. I washed beach towels every day. 4. I appreciated no lock on the gate to the beach. 5. The beach chair service was flawless and great. 6. I liked no carpet in the condo. Made sweeping so easy. 7. The king bed was sooooooo comfortable. Like home. 8. Your personal service. It was so easy doing business with you and I fell we'll be looking you up in the future. The beach is my favorite vacation spot and I look forward to it. 9. Our own parking space under the building was GREAT. Would we consider a stay at Gulf Dunes again? Yes. Definitely a nice place. We also like trying different condos and stuff, and I've already put your website in "My Favorites." THANKS so much for your good service and attention to details. The items in the condo was well matched for a party of 6 (with 3 small children) and was maintained very well. The TV in the master bedroom wouldn't turn on at the end of the trip (which I mentioned on the check out line). We would like to plan a trip possibly next year! We had a great time. Certainly appreciated the couple of soap items for each need; dishwasher, washer, bath, a few trash bags, etc. That was perfect. Those little things make a big difference! | March 20, 2010 | Hello Bob, Our trip to Destin was wonderful and just what we needed. Unfortunately, the day we left the temperature in Destin was supposed to be 88 degrees, we got back to Kentucky and it was 44 degrees. Needless to say, it was quite a shock to our systems!! The condo was exactly what we needed, especially since there were just 2 women and 2 children. Stepping off our deck onto the beach was wonderful....no lugging beach chairs, coolers, toys for the kids, so on and so forth across the street, down the steps, and finally to the beach. There were a few problems with the condo when we arrived, and I certainly appreciate that you took care of them as soon as you could. We completely understood that there had been wind damage and I'm assuming that it had been recent and with the renters always in the unit I'm sure it's hard to get those things fixed right away. | March 1, 2010 | We enjoyed our stay, thank you. We appreciate the quick response on upgrading the electronics in the condo. It was clean, which is our biggest concern. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and cups. The only item we found lacking in the kitchen was storage containers for leftovers. The keyless entry was very nice. As far as the complex in general, the heated pool was very nice, the luggage carts were very helpful, the grounds and building were well maintained, the tennis court was in great condition and the area for community use items in the garage was nice. The size was perfect, the decorations were very nice, and I really enjoyed the brand new XL capacity washer and dryer! Another thing we absolutely loved about the condo was the keypad entry. It was so nice not to have to keep up with keys, especially with eight people going back and forth. Please know that this was the simplest, most satisfying condo rental we’ve ever experienced. Your online check-in, telephone check-out, printable parking passes, the ability to reach you anytime, your efforts in providing early check-in, etc. etc. etc. were all very convenient and appreciated. care of. We would love to stay again. We also would like a list of the other condos you have. We would like to start a tradition and
stay in the area wether Destin or Oakaloosa. The beaches were fantastic, but where did all the shells go? I collect shells from each
beach I visit and then I get sand from the beach and make an arrangement in a nice glass bowl. We found very little shells. Again
thank you so much. I need to know did you get my voicemail about having to leave early and not having the number to call? We want
ot make sure evrything was taking care of and its all good. Please let me know if there is anything else we need to do. |
