The street-level unit is a one-bedroom suite, with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen here, although smailler than the other one. Up one level, you will find the other full kithen, dining room, and main living room with a sofa bed.
The remaining sleeping areas are on the third level. There are two bedrooms there, along with 2 full bathrooms. There are king beds in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Each level has a private balcony. There is also a beach-level deck with chase lounges for your enjoyment.
There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a spiral staircase on the beach side of the building.
