The weather was perfect! The condo was perfect too! We brought our 2 boys (ages 3 and 6) and our 17 year old babysitter. Condo had
plenty of room for us 5. Some things I really liked about the condo: -chain lock (apartment style) on the door (to help with keeping my 3 year old from getting out) -comfy pullout leather couch and comfy big oversized chair in living room -newly tiled master shower -rugs throughout the condo -beach service -soap, detergent and dishwashing stuff that was left for us -heated pool (smaller one) -easy 4 digit entry code instead of a key or 8 digit one! -being able to park on 3rd floor of parking garage and walk right over to our condo -great staff at Sunset Resort Rental...they were very accomodating and easy to work with -THE VIEW from the balcony and the beautiful beaches...you just cannot beat it! LOVE Okaloosa Island/Ft. Walton beach! We will definitely try to stay here again! Heather |

time I spent this winter in from February 1st to March 5th, 2011 in Unit 313 of the Waters Edge Condo. I was extremely pleased not only with the condo itself but, as well, with all that is provided with the condo to make a person's stay so comfortable and pleasant. I have stayed at other condos in Fort Walton Beach during the same winter periods for the past 6 years and it is quite unlikely that there is any other condo which provides more of the essentials and then some to make everyday living in the condo so very pleasant. When it comes to such things as kitchen appliances, utensils, etc.; through to towels, linen, and other items there is nothing that is not provided for that a person could want. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Unit 313 of Waters Edge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent condo overlooking the great beaches of the Emerald Coast and with a walk from the condo to the ocean being less than 200 yards.
