Click on the desired Newsletter Volume button below.  You may be prompted to install Adobe Acrobat Reader on you computer.  You will need this program to view the letters. 

Screen doors are showing signs of wear and tear in many units.  You will be notified if yours is one of these.  These are not weatherproof and the rolling mechanisms do rust. Some of the netting is deteriorating and developing holes.  If yours won't stay on the track, then we need to consider removing the door altogether.  We can have them re-screened, but it would probably be more cost effective to have them replaced.  If you have any questions about anything, please let me know.
