On this page, you can view and keep current with the cleaning schedules for each condo that you are scheduled to clean. Please refer to this schedule regularly to see the most up-to-date changes. Also, Please perform the following to insure a smooth and efficient service for you, me, and the renter.
- Email me immediately or as soon as possible after each cleaning, Use the Renter's Name as the case reference.
- Let me know about any damages and/or any maintenence issues that need addressing
- Your checks will be ordered individually for each condo cleaned. Look for and double check the accuracy of each payment. Let me know immediately of any discrepencies.
- Email me or call for entry directions to each condo

Some of our guests may show up early for their check-in. ALL of our guests have received our policy on early check-ins, which states that they are not to check in until their room has been completely cleaned. If you have a guest who says that they were told otherwise, then please politely remind them of our policy (which is printed on page 2 of their comfirmation letter.)
If you have a guest who insists on moving in, has moved their luggage in, or will not vacate the room, then do not clean the unit. They will forfeit their cleaning and cleaning fee. You will still be paid.

Along with the clean bedding, we should be leaving:
* 2 bath towels per condo occupant capacity (as figured by beds)
* 1 hand towel per condo occupant capacity
* 1 wash cloth per condo occupant capacity
* 1 bath mat (Per Bathtub)
* 2 dish towels
* 1 dish rag
* 1 Big Soap Bar per tub
* 1 Small Soap Bar or 1 Soap Pump per sink
* 7 tall trash bags under the kitchen sink
* 1 Bottle of Polmolive under the kitchen sink
* 3 Dishwasher detergent pellets
* 3 Boxes of detergent on the washing machine
* New Toilet Paper and Paper towels 2 rolls per toilet
