Sunset Resort Rentals was founded in 2008, by Bob Dyer, on the belief that “We can do Better.” We believe in hard work, faith, and integrity. Our staff is dedicated to your success, because we know that if our property owners don’t succeed, then neither do we.
Sunset Resort Rentals’ Corporate Office, including our Reservation Call Center is located just outside of Atlanta, Ga. Having a satellite reservation center away from the coastline insures that our service will be uninterrupted during events such as tropical storms and hurricanes which may result in evacuations of the coastline. Our staff undergoes continuous training to better serve our customers.
All service needs are performed onsite in the reserved property. We provide timely, same-day service when needed, and we always bring our service to the guest. Should a guest or owner find the need to visit us, we are very nearby and welcome the visit.
Almost every aspect of owner and customer concerns has been addressed within our program, from the quality of housekeeping to the accountability of inventory. If you have a concern with your present company, chances are that we’ve already addressed it and have developed a solution.
