Waters Edge Resort, unit 306 is a beautiful beachfront, full 1 bedroom condo with an ocean view. The private balcony of Waters Edge Resort, unit 306 faces the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) and has a direct view of the magnificent pool deck. Waters Edge Resort, unit 306 comes complete with hallway bunk beds, a full kitchen, 2 bath, living and dining area, pullout sleeper sofa, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more. 

The bedroom is decorated with the comforts of the guests in mind. It has a comfortable queen size bed, and an updated flat screen television. The private master bath is located off of this bedroom as well.

There is a bunk area in the main hall with individual lighting for each bunk level. You will also find that the full hall bath is located just steps away from the bunk area. A sofa sleeper in the living room can be accessed to accommodate 2 additional guests.

Our kitchen is fully stocked, and can cater to a four course meal or a quick afternoon snack. We have truly kept the guests and their families in mind. Additionally, while preparing your meals you can gaze out and enjoy the back drop of the beach, or listen to waves.

The living room has plenty of seating, as well as being able to view the beach from the couch. There is a sliding glass door that opens into the balcony, where you can watch your kids at the pool, or simply sit and just enjoy the beautiful beaches.

Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.

We are happy to share our home-away-from home with you and know that you will love our condo as much as we do.

This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.
