Waters Edge Resort is located in the heart of Okaloosa Island, a vacationers paradise if you're looking for 'Away from it All' and 'Close to Everything' at the same time. The resort has one of the largest single pools on Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach, and the beach is just off the pool deck. In fact, you will have a magnificent view of both from your private balcony.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit which will sleep eight people. This condo is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second room, and built in bunk beds in a third room. Also, there is a convenient pullout sleeper sofa in the living area. Two tastefully decorated full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with exquisite granite countertops add to the comfort of your home away from home.

The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in White Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.

The balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach. You will also be close enough the the Pool to easily communicate with those of your party who are on the Pool Deck.

Enjoy breathtaking Sunrises and Sunsets from one of the Cleanest and Most Unspoiled Beaches in all of Florida. Enjoy a quick workout in the complex's centrally located exercise room, lounge around the largest gulf-front pool in the area or take a one minute walk to the white sandy beach of Fort Walton.

This unit is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.
