DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Experience the white sands and emerald waters of Okaloosa Island at Gulf Dunes 114. This second-floor condo offers a practical and stylish retreat for families of four to six, located just minutes from the main attractions of Destin. The interior features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring throughout the living space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric stove. For your morning routine, both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker are provided, along with a toaster, blender, and Crock-Pot for easy meal prep. There is plenty of seating with three stools at the breakfast bar and a dining table that seats four.
The living area features a Palliser Cloud Z sleeper sofa, known for providing a supportive sleep surface without the bars or springs found in typical pullouts. This room opens to a private beachfront balcony equipped with Polywood bar-height chairs and a double glider, offering a clear view of the Gulf. For rest, the master suite includes a King bed with a Serta pillow-top mattress and blackout curtains, while built-in hallway bunks provide extra sleeping space and dedicated luggage storage.
The Gulf Dunes resort provides 426 feet of private beach frontage, two swimming pools, and onsite tennis courts. Seasonal beach service is included with your stay from March through October, and there is ample parking for families bringing multiple vehicles. Two private dune walkovers with showers make transitioning from the sand to the pool simple and clean.

This seven-story complex features 102 units, each offering a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. These one- to three-bedroom condos include full kitchens and in-unit laundry, while the property itself offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and grilling areas. Your rental will include seasonal beach service, providing you with beach chairs and umbrellas.
The resort is positioned near several local attractions on Okaloosa Island. Guests can walk to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, while The Boardwalk offers shopping and entertainment less than a mile away. For a wider variety of activities, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is approximately 6 miles to the east, typically a 10-minute drive. This hub is the primary location for fishing charters, dolphin tours, and waterfront nightlife.
Parking: Free uncovered parking for up to 2 vehicles is provided with each reservation.
Food: For groceries, you’re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
