After having used several other management companies over the past thirty years there is no comparison. Sunset Resort Rentals treats your unit as if it was their own. Their employees care and therefore things are done correctly. From routine housekeeping, needed repairs, HVAC maintenance etc they know what to do or they know someone that can take care of the problem quickly. Our unit prior to Sunset rented about 120 days per year, was empty 120 days and we used it 120 days per year. Now it rents 285 days per year and we use it the rest. Financially a fantastic improvement. Their honesty is priceless! The larger companies have thousands of units on the island so they are not as motivated to keep your place rented and in tip top shape. As you can tell I’m a big fan and have been totally satisfied. You will be impressed.
