Welcome  to our beautiful beach paradise.  Pelican Isle Resort, Unit 117 offers a direct, second floor view of Florida's magnificent Emerald Coast.  Stretching from Destin to Pensacola, the emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast are unique only to this area.  Crystal clear water bordered by the powdery sugar-white sands, also found only in this region, make Okaloosa Island a very exclusive vacation destination for beach lovers. Your family will love the experience, and will not soon forget the beauty of this Florida rental. 

This beachfront, 1 bedroom condominium is perfectly designed for your family of 4-6. The spacious floor plan provides room to freely move around and relax, and is perfect for a week away from home.  This second floor rental has a magnificent ocean view over the beachfront pool.  Perfectly located within the resort, access to the pool and beach level are made easy with convenient stairs.  Waiting for the elevator each trip to and from is not necessary here... just one flight of stairs and your quickly on your way.  You will love the convenience!!  

The living room is modern and roomy, offering a bright ocean view and private balcony access.     Also, with plenty of comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, this is the perfect place to gather after a day at the beach.  The sofa converts to a queen sleeper that is great for toddlers or teens. Step outside to your private balcony, featuring upgraded bar-height polywood seating where you will be sunning in style.

The king master bedroom has a private full bath, and Smart TV with cable.  Custom hallway bunk beds are perfect for adults or children and adjoin a second full bathroom and private washer-dryer.  The full kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze.    Beach Chairs (1 set of 2 chairs and umbrella) are included with each day of your stay from March 1 through October 31.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure.  Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional.  We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

- Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
