Welcome to Beachfront Haven, our pet-friendly townhouse that sits directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost.  This 2-bedroom beach house sleeps 6.  It compliments the 1-bedroom unit directly below and can be combined for a beach house that sleeps up to 10.  This unit has its own full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry machines, and deck that overlook the Gulf of Mexico.  The house is upgraded with new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks.  The kitchens offer custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops.  The spacious deck are adorned with modern furniture for your relaxation.  All living areas and bedrooms share a private wifi connection and TVs in each room.  Each reservation includes one set of Beach Service chairs and umbrella Mar-Oct.

This second and third level unit is a 2-bedroom townhouse of 1300 sq ft, offering two king beds, full kitchen, 2 full baths and a half bath, living room and sleeper sofa.  It has a deck on each level overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure.  Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional.  We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.  

COVID-19:
This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

PROVISIONS
**Guests must be 25 yrs old to reserve and occupy this property.
**Check-In 4pm   Check-Out 10am
**Completed and Signed Rental Agreement must be submitted by email within 24hrs 
**Pets:  Restricted to 1 dog of 40 lbs or less, crate-trained dogs only.  Pets should be secured in crate at any time it is left alone in the property.  Pet fee applies and may be added if not included in the initial quote.
**There is one designated parking spot for this rental located directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park one small or midsize vehicle onsite.  All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.  
**There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.
**There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a staircase on the beach side of the building.
