Welcome to beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL.  Just west of Destin, FL, Okaloosa Island is one of Florida's most popular beach destinations.  Sea Oats Resort is located in the heart of Okaloosa Island and offers vacationers all the amenities of an ideal beach vacation.  Sea Oats 512 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit with magnificent views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound.  The private balcony is spacious and offers room for dining as well as relaxing.  Living and Dining areas are adjoined with plenty of space for everyone.  3 bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 6 persons.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and flatware you will need during your stay.  There is a private washer and dryer inside the condominium for your convenience.  

Okaloosa Island is home to one of the cleanest, sugar white sand beaches in all of Florida.  The powdery sand stretches for miles beyond Destin to east and Navarre to the west.  Natural sand dunes tower dozens of feet high and are home to natures protected giant sea turtles, birds, and other wildlife unique to this area.  Dolphins can be viewed daily just off the coast as they play in the sun.  Viewing sea life is a breeze here due to the crystal clear emerald blue water found only along this coastline.  Visiting the Okaloosa Island fishing pier is a sure way to view some of the wildlife that lives in these amazing waters.  If you want a closer look, you can visit the Gulfarium at the base of the pier, where dolphins, sea lions, and other amazing creatures show off daily for their visitors.  Sign up for a glass bottom dolphin cruise, a snorkeling expedition, or a dolphin jet ski tour.  Whatever your taste for excitement is, you'll find it in Destin and Okaloosa Island while staying at the Sea Oats Resort.

This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

- Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
- Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only.  No RVs or Trailers
