DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Your family of 6-8 will be more than comfortable in this modern, upscale beach condominium. A large living area is perfect for relaxing with an ocean view, and adjoins both a private balcony and a fully supplied kitchen. Three bedrooms provide space and privacy with a combination of two king beds and one bunk bed. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with an ocean view and balcony access. A private master bath offers double vanities and separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom features a second king bed and a third bedroom offers bunk beds for children. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers room for two teens or children to sleep and play. Smart TVs in each room, as well as free WiFi throughout, provide streaming access for all devices.
The balcony is adorned with comfortable high chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. You will have a pool and beach view directly from your private balcony.

RESORT & AREA
Waters Edge Resort offers guests a getaway experience with spacious tropical grounds, sea dunes, tennis courts, grill area, two pools (one heated October thru March), and ample covered parking. Beach access at Waters Edge Resort is user-friendly with minimal stairs and rinse area. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.
The resort is centered on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, where you will find plenty to do. Putt Putt Golf, GoKarts, and the Gulfarium Sealife Sanctuary are perfect outings for the young ones.
Waters Edge Resort in Fort Walton Beach is a short hop from many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go karting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just a drop of what Destin offers.
Parking: Skip the hassle of searching for a spot or worrying about the Florida sun. We provide ample covered parking in our multi-level garage with a direct access to the first, third, and fourth floors. Up to 3 parking spaces are available for this unit.

Food: Keeping the vacation pantry stocked is a breeze. A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For full grocery hauls, you’re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe and Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the entire cost of for the affected month(s).
