"Hello Sunshine."  Welcome to Waters Edge 613.  This beautiful beach condo faces the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost with amazing panoramic views.  Okaloosa Island is one Florida's top beaches and for viewing dolphins or catching that perfect sunset, you cant get a better seat.  You will enjoy your own private balcony, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, private laundry machines. 

The top-floor balcony features modern outdoor furniture with Sunbrella cushions for your relaxation and offers views overlooking the beach, pool, and courtyard.  Adjoining the balcony is the main living space, complete with a lush leather sectional sofa and smart tv for a relaxing start or end to any day.  Preparing your favorite meals and drinks is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.  The master bedroom offers a king bed with an upgraded Tempur-Pedic cooling memory foam mattress and a wall-mounted smart tv for a perfect nights rest.     

All living areas and bedrooms share a private wifi connection.  We also offer quality beach chairs for guests to use at will, which will be stored away inside the condo upon arrival.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure.  Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional.  We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.  

COVID-19:
This property is available for occupancy.  Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern.  That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.  All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.  We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property.

**Completed and Signed Rental Agreement must be submitted by email within 24hrs 
**Pets:  No Pets Allowed
**Beach Service:  Not included with this rental.  The owner does provide a nice set of chairs located in the hallway for guests to carry to the beach.  
**Parking:  There is covered parking with this rental. Guests may park up to two passenger vehicles onsite.  All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.  
**There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.
