Welcome to the Bella Riva Resort, Okaloosa Island's most luxurious resort. This secluded, gated, community offers the best of Fort Walton Beach with direct ocean views from each private balcony. Upgrades are standard at Bella Riva, including granite countertops, stainless appliances, high ceilings, and private balconies. With 4 bedrooms and over 2,100 square feet, your family of nine will have plenty of room to enjoy and relax.

LIVING AREA:
The great room adjoins the dining area and luxury kitchen for an open floor plan. The living room features an unbeatable beach and ocean view with ten-foot wall-to-wall glass doors that open up to your own private balcony. This 10ft x 32ft beachfront balcony is the largest available on Okaloosa Island, and features plenty of seating for your family to dine outdoors. You'll never forget the breathtaking views from here as you look out over the beaches of the Gulf Coast.
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen will leave you wanting to dine in. You will not find a more spacious and modern kitchen in all of Destin. Oversized cabinets are fully-stocked with cookware, flatware, and table settings. Our commercials stainless gas stove, oven, and refrigerator makes cooking for your large family a breeze. And you won't be missing out, as you will enjoy breathtaking ocean views from even here.
SLEEPING:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with balcony access and magnificent wall-to wall ocean view. Modern furnishings and two large walk-in closets provide plenty of storage for your clothing and luggage, so unpack and make yourself right at home. Adjoining the master bedroom is the master bath suite, which offers dual granite vanities, modern glass shower, and features a large central garden tub.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom-two features a comfortable king bed . An adjoining private bathroom with full tub-shower and vanity giving everyone their own space and privacy. There is plenty of storage space to unpack and relax. A wall-mounted smart tv is standard in each room.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom-three features another king bed . An adjoining private bathroom with full tub-shower and vanity giving everyone their own space and privacy. A wall-mounted smart tv is also provided with wifi for streaming your favorite media.
Bedroom 4: The bunk room is perfect for all the little ones. A single bunk over a double bed provides a comfortable space for 2-3 little ones to sleep and play. A tv in this room will make their space feel right at home.

Beach access at Bella Riva Resort is user-friendly with minimal stairs and rinse area. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.
The resort is centered on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, , offers 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom Fort Walton Beach Condo Rentals. Nearby, you will find plenty to do. Putt Putt Golf, GoKarts, and the Gulfarium Sealife Sanctuary are perfect outings for the young ones.
Bella Riva Resort in Fort Walton Beach is a short hop from many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go karting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just a drop of what Destin offers.
Parking: Free gated parking is provided for this unit for up to 2 vehicles. One space is covered, and one is uncovered. Other vehicles must be parked offsite, and may be parked at our office located in Fort Walton Beach.
Food: Dining options near the resort include Beachview Breakfast and Grill just a 2-minute walk away. The Shack, a local staple for waterfront seafood within a short drive of the villa. Also, for a quick and highly-rated lunch, Stewby’s Seafood Shanty which serves some of the freshest grilled fish, or try The Gulf which offers a unique outdoor dining experience right on the water. Old Bay Steamer is the go-to spot for those craving massive steamer pots of crab and shrimp. All within minutes.
A convenience store is just a few minute's hop. For full grocery hauls, you’re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

• Cancellations made at least 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will receive a 100% refund for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the entire cost of for the affected month(s).
