Your stay includes complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) from March through October, plus access to charcoal grilling stations.
When you're ready to explore, you are only six miles from Destin’s legendary seafood, shopping, and family fun—from go-karts and water parks to dolphin cruises and world-class golf. Whether you're watching the Blue Angels practice nearby or relaxing by the surf, everything you need for a perfect coastal getaway is right at your fingertips.
Parking: Free open, uncovered parking is provided for this unit for up to 2 vehicles.
Food: A convenience store is just a few minute's hop. For full grocery hauls, you’re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options near the resort include Beachview Breakfast and Grill on Okaloosa Island and The Shack, a local staple for waterfront seafood within a short drive of the villa. Also, for a quick and highly-rated lunch, Stewby’s Seafood Shanty which serves some of the freshest grilled fish, or try The Gulf which offers a unique outdoor dining experience right on the water. Old Bay Steamer is the go-to spot for those craving massive steamer pots of crab and shrimp. All within minutes.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
Pool: Emerald Towers West features a gated, private pool that is seasonally heated and reaches six feet deep. The space includes a sun deck with lounge chairs, charcoal grills, and nearby restrooms. It is located on the inland side of the resort.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund.
MONTHLY RENTALS (28 consecutive days or longer)
• Cancellations made at least 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will receive a 100% refund for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the entire cost of for the affected month(s).
